Museum-Hosted Heritage Quiz

(In formal collaboration with Bihar Museum)

 

1. Eligibility

1.1 The quiz is open to students studying in Classes 6 to 12 from invited schools only.
1.2 Participation is strictly by invitation and subject to confirmation by the organisers.
1.3 Each school may participate with the number of teams approved by the organizers.

 

2. Participation & Confirmation

2.1 Schools must confirm participation through the official confirmation process shared by the organizers.
2.2 Participation is confirmed only upon written or digital acknowledgment by the organisers.
2.3 The organizers reserve the right to limit or modify the number of participating schools or teams to ensure quality and safety.

 

3. Team Composition

3.1 Team size and composition guidelines will be shared separately with confirmed schools.
3.2 Teams must comprise students from the same school.
3.3 One accompanying teacher per school is mandatory.

 

4. Quiz Format & Conduct

4.1 The quiz will include gallery-based rounds conducted within designated museum spaces.
4.2 Students must adhere strictly to museum rules, instructions of facilitators, and time schedules.
4.3 Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or disruption may lead to disqualification at the organizers’ discretion.

 

5. Supervision & Responsibility

5.1 Participating students must be accompanied by a designated teacher at all times.
5.2 The school and accompanying teacher are responsible for student discipline, behaviour, and safety.
5.3 The organizers and museum shall not be responsible for personal belongings.

6. Photography & Documentation

6.1 The organizers may photograph or record the event for documentation and educational outreach purposes.
6.2 Participation implies consent for non-commercial use of photographs or videos featuring students, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the school in writing.

 

7. Health & Safety

7.1 All participants must comply with safety guidelines issued by the museum and organizers.
7.2 Schools are responsible for informing organisers in advance of any specific medical or accessibility requirements.

 

8. Certificates & Recognition

8.1 All participating students and accompanying teachers will receive certificates endorsed by the organisers.
8.2 Certificates will be issued only to those who complete the event as per guidelines.

9. Right to Amend

9.1 The organizers reserve the right to amend the quiz structure, schedule, or terms if required due to operational or institutional considerations.
9.2 Any such changes will be communicated in advance to confirmed schools.

10. Final Authority

10.1 The decision of the organizers regarding all matters related to the quiz shall be final and binding.
